If I understand this correctly, use of CSS and XML will require a license? gee, "just as we are experiencing the first real standard among browsers, the W3C (you?) goes against their own stated purpose and moves to make a variety of competing standards from competitors by charging for the one that many considered public domain. There is no way we have budgets to pay royalties
