Ever hear of the right to free speech? These RAND fees you people are pushing will inrfinge upon my constitutional right to free speech. Why should I have to pay to express myself on the web? What gives you the right to charge me for it? Do we not pay enough to get on the web in the first place? I am well aware that it will start at the corporate level but it will eventually trickle down to consumer level. Are you going to charge me for graphics that I create myself? Where does it end? Maybe I am way off base here. If this is the case please reply to haydes@bellsouth.net. I would be interested in hearing your side of the story. Larry Greenleaf Concerned consumer and college student
