Hello

In my opinion implementing RAND is inviting further abuse by deep-pocketed behemoths.  Looking back
with 20/20 hindsight reveals them overtly taking action to subvert RFs by including proprietary
components.  Implementing RAND will greatly accelerate the extinction of compatibility between Web
rendering applications.
