Dear W3C: I realize that when I address the W3C I am really addressing Microsoft, Netscape, and big software business. With that in mind, it seems a bit silly to send you this letter at all. But, something must be said about your plan to charge fees for every little thing that may appear on the Internet. What gall!! Who do you think you are?? The Internet is not yours. It's everyone's. How sick I am hearing about plans that will constrain the use of the Internet. Who do you think is going to pay your ludicrous little fees? What right do you have enabling this wretched crap? Drop Dead!!!!!!! (especially Microsoft) Your new eternal enemy, Dean
