RAND is clearly discriminatory against a large number of 'reasonable' software licences of the open source variety. Part of the success of the WWW has been precisely because of the W3C's hitherto endorsement of open standards, but the W3C is clearly in danger of losing the plot entirely here. Please don't do this guys.
