What a stupid idea...charge royalties on file useage? How large of a wallet do you think consumers or site builders have? Do you think you can just squeeze and the money will come running out? If the money is not already running out...it's because IT"S NOT THERE! Charging file royalties will merely shut down those who cannot afford such stupidity...which is MOST OF THE WEB! Drop this ridiculous proposal. It is the most insane and counterproductive piece of rubbish I have heard lately...why don't you try to copyright the alphabet instead?
