I wish to register my objection to the proposed patenting of CSS and XML. I am a small business owner and would find ANY kind of restriction on the use of these extremely useful tools very difficult to deal with. These tools are so widely used that they are in a position similar to GIF files several years ago - how can you possibly at this late date put restrictions on tools that are used in every corner of the Internet?
