This proposal is madness.  Does anyone think that
Microsoft will make a full-featured version of their
patented technology on platforms other than WinBlows? 
Will Microsoft have a Netscape version of their
plug-ins?  Even if they do I will not buy them from
Microsoft.  We, the users of the web, are being sold
to the same people that bought the W3C.
