Only if they were in the same file. We already had the option
of putting them in a separate file.

In general, the APPEL spec needs more documentation on
handling SCHEMA stuff.

We are saying that in order to do category expansion, you have
to have the corresponding data schema. It is not sufficient to
expand only the base data schema. You have to get whatever
other schemas are necessary so that you can expand everything.
