Confidential flag still in the XSDs

Hey there,

Appendix C of the current MMI specification
http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/REC-mmi-arch-20121025/ still lists the
confidential flag in the mmi-attribs.xsd. This is a relict and should be
removed.
