Thanks for catching that error.  We will add an entry on the errata page for the spec.  I notice that there is also a mention of 'confidential' in the example in B.9, so we will include that in the erratum as well.  We can't modify the specification once it has been published, but we will make sure that these changes are included if we ever do a version 2.
