[ARCH] CR deadline extended to June 15

The W3C Multimodal Interaction Working Group has decided to extend the deadline for implementation reports to June 15, 2012.
In the Call for Implementations and the previous announcement [1], the deadline was listed as February 29, 2012; however, we have decided to extend the deadline to June 15 to allow time for more reports to be submitted.
