Bruce and Sam have both been busy and have prepared some material for the
meeting. It might be useful for people to take a look at them before the
meeting so you can think about questions.

The work they have done is to clean up their ideas so they are hopefully
understandable. These are not formal proposals and both Bruce and Sam want
to get feedback on what they have developed.

After a few months of discussions of what to do present for TPAC, we are
going to be talking about some technical details.
