[MathML3-last-call] break out deprecated token attrs from mstyle in schema

The deprecated token attributes ('color', etc) from
mstyle.generalattributes should be broken out and picked up through
inclusion of DeprecatedTokenAtt in the schema.  One reason for doing
this is that the 'math' element now includes the mstyle attrs, but it
shouldn't pick up deprecated attrs.
