[MathML3-last-call] altimg-valign missing "top", etc in schema

In the table in 2.2.1, the spec says:
altimg-valign    length | "top" | "middle" | "bottom"

but the schema says
attribute altimg-valign {length}?,

leaving out "top", "middle", and "bottom".  The schema should be fixed to
add "top" | "middle" | "bottom"
