I noted that the XHTML+MathML doctype isn't added. This will affect the rendering in m0.9.9+ since MathML data that used to be loaded at startup are now catalog driven. For performance reasons, I had to do a recent change to load MathML specific stuff based on whether the XHTML+MathML doctype is encountered: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124570 --- RBS
