It doesn't appear to be in the original iso amsa file, and jade says of it: jade:../mml-files/isoamsae.dtd:150:15:E: character "*" invalid: only parameter literal, "CDATA", "ENDTAG", "MD", "MS", "PI", "PUBLIC", "SDATA", "STARTTAG", "SYSTEM" and parameter separators allowed David
