Jigsaw can't find some classes

Hello

I am deploying a servlet package into a jar file, but jigsaw can't find
SOME classes into my jar file. Why? When I point my browser to the
directory where my servlet is in, it appears some classes wich is into
my jar file. Why?

Other question: what protect my jar file to downloads? Is it possible?
