Jigsaw starting problem

Hi all,
     I am having a problem wile starting the Jigsaw web server.
     I installed Jigsaw on Windows 95. While trying to run the jigsaw batch file
I am getting the following error.

loading properties from c:\jigsaw\jigsaw\config\server.props
Unable to launch http-server: org.w3c.jigsaw.http.httpd [initialise properties]
: [host] undefined,
Unable to launch admin-server:org.w3c.jigsaw.AdminServer[initialize
Properties]:[host] undefined.
FATAL ERROR

No Servers Lanuched.

Can anyone help me.
