I just wanted the group to know that because I made a mistake by clicking on the wrong button and sending two messages to the group instead of to the individuals intended that I as well as my family have had our income substantially reduced. You have made such a fuss with my email provider(bigfoot) that they canceled my id without hearing my side and without any notice. I was using this id as my main business ID. Besides the business I lost because I did not get timely notification, by people thinking I had gone out of business and by the loss of goodwill, I have had to spend two days making contact with people to explain the situation instead doing paying work. What do you think was my motivation for this supposed spam? There was no way I could profit from it. There was no one in the group who I had had an argument with. What other explanation can you give other than the true one I gave: that I made a mistake? I hope that in the future that you will think a little before making a complaint that is so damaging. You might find out what the circumstances are before acting. The damage done is way out of proportion to the perceived act. How about a kinder, gentler list??? Yours truly, Robert N.
