There is now an updated version, https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/102/materials/agenda-102-i18nrp-01 The "latest version" link seems to be https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/102/materials/agenda-102-i18nrp. That link should be used from e.g. the HTML agenda at https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/102/agenda.html, not the numbered link.
