Test reviewer needed

i have two pull requests pending for the web-platform-tests repo at

Tests for dir attribute isolation

Rli etc
https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/1653

the latter has been pending since March 2nd. Apparently the tests won't 
be landed until a subject-matter expert volunteers to review it.

is anyone reading this willing to do those reviews?
