Well, I wrote the standard about a year ago, based in part on http://src.chromium.org/svn/trunk/deps/third_party/icu46/source/data/mappings/ucmlocal.mk which also listed hz-gb-2312 and iso-2022-kr at the time, so there was probably another reason. I do not have a problem with removing them from the specification personally if they are also removed from implementations in due course. -- http://annevankesteren.nl/
