Re: non really unicode- Need your help to collect LC_STOCK_COLOR

One of my friend wrote me:
"I don't think colors are used with any consistency in Japanese market info.
I believe color differences are used to make decrease or increase more
noticeable. Different sites use different colors.

   - Yahoo Finance:
http://quote.yahoo.co.jp/<http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http%3A%2F%2Fquote.yahoo.co.jp%2F>
      - Black +, Red -
   - Nikkei: http://markets.nikkei.co.jp/<http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http%3A%2F%2Fmarkets.nikkei.co.jp%2F>
      - Red +, Blue -
   - Nifty Finance:
http://stocks.nifty.com/<http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http%3A%2F%2Fstocks.nifty.com%2F>
      - They get their feed from Nikkei and so: Red +, Blue -
   - Asahi.com <http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http%3A%2F%2FAsahi.com>:

   http://stock.asahi.com/search/qsearch.exe?F=asahicom%2Fsearchlist&KEY1=%83g%83%88%83%5E&x=0&y=0<http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http%3A%2F%2Fstock.asahi.com%2Fsearch%2Fqsearch.exe%3FF%3Dasahicom%252Fsearchlist%26KEY1%3D%2583g%2583%2588%2583%255E%26x%3D0%26y%3D0>
      - Red +, Blue -
   - Infoseek: http://money.www.infoseek.co.jp/MnStock/
   <http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http%3A%2F%2Fmoney.www.infoseek.co.jp%2FMnStock%2F>
      - Red +, Green -

I think there are other variations in color.
Not sure if we can say much about cultural differences here."

I wonder can someone else LIVE in Japan and do Japanese stock trading can
give me some comment about this.
