What is the default value for <link media=...> <style media=...> ? http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/css/style-html.html#external http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/values.html#mediadesc http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/present/styles.html#edef-STYLE http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/links.html#edef-LINK say that the default is "screen". However, the example given at http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/present/styles.html#media-cascades implies that the default is "all". Browsers seem to take "all" as default: http://www.unics.uni-hannover.de/nhtcapri/temp/1000.html
