RE: Promotion of XHTML

Here is what I get when I tried it using WinXP and IE 6 SP1
 
DTD Validation when using the NewParser option or MXXMLWriter to build a
DOMDocument is not supported. Line 4, Position 53 
 
Looks like it might try to work....
