HTML WG rechartered

I am pleased to see that the HTML Working Group has been rechartered and that 
the list of deliverables is nice and extensive.  I am also happy to see that 
the roadmap has been updated to include many more projected dates.  The new 
mission statement shows that the WG is heading in the right direction and I 
look forward to seeing the fruits of their efforts.
