I'm really not sure where this Frames debate is headed. It seems the only opposition is their misuse. But look around at your desktop, look at the multitude of frames that exist. Your menu bar, toolbars, taskbars, status line, etc... All of these are what should / can be achieved with frames. Even if we have a mechanism for overlapping windows in HTML, I think Frames are a very valuable addition. Provided there is better control over frames. We need to be able to sepcify and EXACT size of a frame, either in pixels or relative.
