It looks to me like the justify value for align=justify (e.g <P ALIGN=JUSTIFY>) went away between html 3.0 and 3.2 drafts. Could someone please tell me why? Alternatively, references to archives also humbly and gratefully accepted. Im new here but have spent many hours looking through all the docs, archives, etc. I could find to no avail....
