At least in my opinion, there should probably be a few CLASSes of some
HTML elements with *suggested* renderings, like <NOTE CLASS=WARNING>,
<TABLE CLASS=2dpie>, etc. These would be suggestions, not hard-wired
defaults, and UA authors would be under no compulsion to implement them.
