Volunteer to provide HTML 2.0 spec by FTP/mail?

I've had several requests to have the HTML 2.0 spec available via
e-mail or FTP.

I don't have time to keep such services available and up to date.

If anybody out there has the time, I'd appreciate it if you
could offer these services.

Dan
