To whom it may concern:

Hi, there.

I want to be a volunteer to provide translations in Korean.
I have a plan to coorperate with previously registered translator
of Kyongha Lee <khlee@grigg.chungnam.ac.kr> and the upcoming
translators if any.

Soon, I'll let you know the URL of partialy translated HTML text in Korean.
I'll translate it day by day.

I awaited standard HTML 4.0 for a long time.
