Chinese Translation

Hi there,

I'm called Kelly, and I'd like to volunteer on the translation of HTML 4.0
specification into 
Chinese. As a web designer, I do think that I am able to do this.

I can provide both the BIG5 and GB code which are the most commonly used
codes to 
create web pages.

Please let me know if you still need a Translator, since that I saw a few
people are already 
working on the Chinese Translaton.
