About HTML 4.0 Spec.
Section 17.5 at "Attributes defined elsewhere":
Missing: id - class
lang - dir
title
style
and "usemap" should be replaced by "tabindex".
Section 17.6:
The section "Attributes defined elsewhere" is missing for the SELECT element
(containing: id - class
lang - dir
title
style
disabled
tabindex
onfocus, onblur, onchange, ...)
