Basically, we expect you to give us permission to republish the
translated version and to allow readers to make copies without
restrictions. In practice, we will add a link to your translation
from our translators page for HTML 4.0, see:

  http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/html40-updates/translations.html

Currently we have one other person working on Polish,
Michal P. Slabyn <baltazar@albion.pl>. Perhaps you would like
to contact him to help?
