Hello,
this is the URL

and I receive a Forbidden message.
It is a link inside the document "A lexical analyzer for
HTML and basic SGML" at:

http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-html-lex/

the link I can't access  is just on the section 
"Basic SGML Language Constructs", the underscored: 
"the lex specifications".

I'll be pleased if you could fix the problem.
