A google search turned up the following W3C Working Draft: http://www.damowmow.com/temp/hfp.html A closer inspection shows that the W3C trademark is used with a "soon" after it. I found this confusing. Is this a W3C Working Draft? Is it perhaps some W3C Member Confidential data that was inadvertently published? Or is there no relationship between this document and the W3C?
