Dan -- We added itemset to enable dynamic selections i.e. where the choices are determined at runtime. In this sense --view the nodeset attribute on itemset as a "binding attribute" --same as in the case of repeat-- rather than as a constraint. If it were just a constraint, then it would necessarily be a static type constraint, e.g. enumeration, and would not be done via the xpath reference, but rather via a model constraint. -- Best Regards, --raman ------------------------------------------------------------ IBM Research: Human Language Technologies Phone: 1 (408) 927 2608 Fax: 1 (408) 927 3012 Email: tvraman@us.ibm.com WWW: http://www.cs.cornell.edu/home/raman PGP: http://emacspeak.sf.net/raman.asc Snail: IBM Almaden Research Center, 650 Harry Road San Jose 95120
