We added itemset to enable dynamic selections i.e. where the
choices are determined at runtime.
In this sense --view the nodeset attribute on itemset as a
"binding attribute" --same as in the case of repeat-- rather
than as a constraint.
If it were just a constraint, then it would necessarily be a
static type constraint, e.g. enumeration, and would not be
done via the xpath reference, but rather via a model constraint.
