Inconsistency in 2.2

There is a minor inconsistency between the code at the beginning of 2.2 and 
the graphic shown.

There is no checked attribute on the input element of type radio in the code 
therefore no radio button would be checked.

Perhaps add a checked attribute to the code or reshoot the graphic?
