I may be missing something, but what exactly is "web use"? If page is stored for offline access, is it "web use"? Is it ok to use font in local "HTML5 application", e.g. RSS reader, which downloads content from the web? Is it for "pages" only, or any Web Service is allowed to format content using hosted font? Can it be embedded into Silverlight application hosted on the server? For me, new definition is as confusing as definition of "document" we had problems with before. I would leave all this to EULA language and not try to formalize it. Thanks, Sergey
