Doug - what's the status/plan for the D3E tracker data:

Can all of the Actions and Issues be "blindly" closed now or does
someone need to actually review this data vis-a-vis the Bugzilla data
for D3E:

In the case of the later, i.e. some `real` work needs to be done, can
you, or Cindy or Yves please do that work?
Since it appears WebApps published at least one LC of D3E after Tracker
stopped being used, based on what I know now, my recommendation is to
just close all of the Tracker Actions and Issues.
