Olli mentioned that for MouseEvent pageX/pageY are automatically set based  
on other values in the initMouseEvent() call. I think that since event  
constructors allow pageX/pageY to be set they should not be set based on  
other values, but should retain their initial values when not explicitly  
set.

It would be good if some specification were to define MouseEvent fully,  
including all its members and the behavior of initMouseEvent()  
implementations need to follow.
