1.1. Introduction:
"XPath is becoming an important part of a variety of many
specifications including XForms, XPointer, XSL, CSS, and so on."
XPath isn't part of CSS nor of XSL, I suggest s/CSS// and s/XSL/XSLT/.
Where is the XPath API? I mean, the document defines XPath bindings, but
no API to manipulate XPaths.
