Mike, I've tried using nav-* properties in Opera on desktop and have not
seen anything work.

If you have public test pages that demonstrate Opera on desktop doing
something with nav-* properties, please send them along.

This is one of those cases where it's just not something supported/used on
the public web (feel free to provide URLs to public sites that appear to
use it). Behind firewalls or proxies etc. is not important enough to pursue
in a CR frankly. I'm going to save the spec text for possible
reworking/redesign in a future draft if there is actual public web interest.
