CSSOM bugzilla component

Hi Mike,

I couldn't find an appropriate place to file a bug for this, so here you go.

Could you move the bugzilla component for CSSOM from the WebAppsWG 
product to the CSS product? Also, Anne probably shouldn't be the default 
assignee any more, as he resigned from his editorship on that 
specification.

It's not clear to me who, if anybody, has taken over editorship.
