Missing flat DTDs for XHTML MP

The XHTML MP specifications mention the availabilities of flat DTDs
(i.e. DTDs that compile all the various modules needed to validate a
document), but while the URI given for XHTML MP 1.0 does work, the ones
for XHTML MP 1.1 and 1.2 trigger a 404 not found:
mentions http://www.wapforum.org/DTD/xhtml-mobile10-flat.dtd -> 200 OK

mentions http://www.wapforum.org/DTD/xhtml-mobile11-flat.dtd -> 404
Not Found

  -> 404 Not Found

Could you look into making these available? They make it much easier to
use these DTDs as part of XML DTDs Catalogs.

Also, I had sent a bug report a few months ago regarding problematic
characters in the XHTML MP 1.1 and 1.2 DTDs - has there been any
progress in fixing those?

Thank you.
