the attached file is a demonstration of sample text, adapted from the
example provided by "Techniques for WCAG 2.0", which is included in its
entirety at the following long, possibly wrapping, URI:

and tweaked, through the removal of the "title" attribute defined for
each
input element, and the addition of "scope", so as to test:
1. assistive technologies' (in particular, the state of screen reader)
support for the "scope" attribute defined in HTML 4.01 Strict
2. support for the "tabindex" attribute defined in HTML 4.01 Strict
