Definitely do not change the charters now.  It is already out for review.

The easiest thing to do would be for these folks to submit their comments as part of reviews sent by their Member orgs ... if they are part of Member orgs.  We have had many months of informal reviews, 

Now we must give the Members their formal right to respond. Getting disparate comments from people from the same company might be interesting, but not always helpful.

If these people do not work for Members, we can still consider their input along with the Members', and make changes based on it.
