I have an XSLT stylesheet at http://www.w3.org/2004/08/xhtml-meta/meta2rdf.xsl
which, as far as I have tested, does inverse constructs. I sent email to 
rdf-in-xhtml with a few questions following my coding:

That's about all I've written, so far.
