sorry I didn't think of it earlier, but I'd love to give a lightning
talk on my favorite approach to queries, as seen in SemRun [1], where
the query primitive is "Send Data" and you get the rest of the
functionality by putting Send Data in a consequent.

In a less lightning-talk style, I could also present n3-filters as an
approach to querying, I suppose, if no one else was doing that.
